أهداف الكلية

تخريج متخصصين في البستنة وهندسة الحدائق وكذلك الثروة الحيوانية وتزويدهم بمستوى عالٍ من المعرفة العلمية والمهارية والعاطفية.

المشاركة في البحث العلمي الذي يساهم في التقدم العلمي والتقني.

إيجاد الحلول لمختلف المشاكل التي تواجه التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

تحقيق التفاعل والتنسيق بين الكلية ومؤسسات المجتمع التي تتكامل مهامها وأهدافها مع مهام وأهداف الكلية.

تطوير أساليب البحث العلمي وطرق التدريس في مجال الزراعة.

رؤية الكلية

إقامة دورات التعليم المستمر في التخصصات الزراعية المختلفة.

عقد الندوات وورش العمل للجهات المعنية في مديريات الزراعة بالمحافظة.

الانفتاح على مؤسسات البحث العلمي في الكليات والمراكز البحثية من خلال المشاركة في المؤتمرات العلمية.

تعويض العمالة الريفية المهاجرة من الريف إلى المدينة بكوادر علمية مدربة تقوم بعملية الإنتاج الزراعي.

المساهمة في خلق فرص للاستثمار الزراعي لخريجي كليات الزراعة. وبالتالي سيتم إنشاء نموذج إرشادي زراعي للمزارعين في المناطق المحيطة بهدف اعتماد هؤلاء المزارعين للتقنيات العلمية الجديدة.
